Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to oversee and launch the operations of our Christian Ministry in various English speaking nations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, management, and growth of the ministry in the country.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the ministry in the country and increase its impact
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ministry, including managing volunteers and program implementation
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local churches and community leaders.
- Ensure that all ministry activities are aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and values
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the ministry’s programs and activities, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records and reports
- Represent the ministry at local and national events, conferences, and meetings
- At least 10 year’s experience in either Christian Ministry or in the Corporate World with a clear demonstration of initiative and the ability to lead.
- Demonstrated success in program development, and team management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A deep commitment to the Christian faith and a passion for ministry
- Knowledge of the local culture, language, and customs.
- Fluency in English is required
