Digital & Events Marketing Manager
Our ministry is seeking a skilled Digital & Events Marketer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and increase sales revenue.
The Digital & Events Marketing Manager will work directly with the CEO of the organization and will have their own Marketing Assistant to help them create and implement effective marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels.
As our ministry runs regular events, the role will involve overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of events for our organization.
As a Digital and Marketing Events Manager you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that events are planned and executed to the highest standards, within budget and on schedule.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the event, from concept to execution.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
- Assist with upcoming online product launches.
- Collaborate with your marketing assistant to develop engaging content for all digital channels, with a specific focus on Video (e.g. Youtube) and Podcasting.
- Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Monitor and manage the company’s social media presence.
- Run Advertising campaigns using Facebook, Google and other digital tools.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Analyse data to measure and optimize campaigns and provide insights into customer behaviour.
- Assist the CEO to develop relationships with Christian Radio Networks around the world.
- Work directly with the marketing assistant to implement marketing strategy.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as conferences, product launches, seminars, and other events.
- Develop event concepts, budgets, timelines, and event plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure successful delivery of all aspects of the event.
- Manage event registration, attendee communication, and other logistics.
- Create and manage event marketing materials, including invitations, programs, and other collateral.
- Develop post-event evaluations and reports to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure events are innovative, engaging, and successful.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms preferred.
Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
